Trying to work out a price proper, on this.
Low (but still decent) offers, up to the best offers included in the proof. All unusual offers are taken as their lowest bp.tf values.
Low value is the lowest offer.
High value is the average of all the included offers.
I know I have one, and I paid 4.5, which is smack in the middle. I also ain't selling it outside of my set, and I personally value it at what I paid for it.
It's my first unusual suggestion, so comments are welcome - I'll take it down if it goes far too negative.

Beams Private Eye - 4

Wrap + Hazmat again
Smoking Bomber + Planets Hazmat - 6.9
The high end looks pretty good, BUT, i think the low end should be a bit higher...
Offers of 5.9, 7, 8 [In unusuals], 6~ pure...
Sale at 4.5
Rejected offers under 4.
So, gonna say the low end should be around 4.2~ (Assuming you paid 4.5 pure, and that these are the only offers you could find on current/old trades).
http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/18948 (Appears to have sold for secret batter) (6~ pure)
Thanks for the advice ^.^ I'll probably end up changing it to that, shortly. Just want a second opinion.
I agree with Awesome. Low end should be higher. Just because there have been low offers doesn't mean they should be included in the range since all over offers are significantly higher and nobody has sold for those lower offers. The low end should be the lowest it has sold for.
Very high range, low can be raised.
