Difficult suggestion as this price has never been updated and there aren't a lot of sales for solid proof, if you have more solid links of sales/offers please make sure to post them, refrain from judgmental comments like "I would have put the range at 1.5-2" or "I don't think you have enough proof", that's nothing that's helpful, please find counter-proof and I'll gladly suggest a different range, right now I'm basing this mainly on the 4 sales I provided and the lack of offers/bad offers on the one's that are on the market.
