Been trying to buy one of these and I've run into too many people sellling for the price of inflated Keys (3.77-3.88). I believe the current price of 1 Key was set when this misc was worth 2.55, and it simply hasn't been updated for a while. A majority of traders will sell in the 3+ Refined range, which is reasonable enough. I know this is a popular misc, but the price of Keys cannot affect the demand on it, that's just not how things work. This isn't a price suggestion based around proof, but common sense of how trading works.
Show proof please.
There's no true way to show proof when almost everybody wants "1 Key", there's no specific amount in Refined listed, implying that the trader wants the current price of a Key. The fluctuating price of a Key should not raise or lower the demand of items automatically. Whenever a suggestion for a price is made it's clearly stated that the item will stay at that price unless it's changed again, so something set at 1 Key will stay at 1 Key and price will update automatically based on current Key price.
Then why isn't your suggested range 2.33-2.66? That was the value of key when the last price change happened.
Also you need proof.
I'm not saying this should go back to 2.55 Ref, but that it shouldn't be rising at the same rate as Keys are.
Using common sense here doesn't exactly help you in your cause. Traders don't care about common sense, they want profit. If you want to change a price, show us proof that this item is unsold at 1 key. Otherwise, instant downvote.
Also don't link to trades that are a day old or less or never have been bumped. Those don't count when it comes to showing something is unsalable at a given price.
you can't afford one so you want to lower the price with no proof.
meh :|
i can afford one right now, its just that the price seems old with the inflation of keys
The price of a gen. flying gullitine was set at a key 4 months ago, when keys were 2.55, i dont see you lowering the price of that... all i see is you trying to sell at a key >.< not cool
Only problem there is that G. Guillotine is going down in value
Sorry mate, no proof = downvote around here.
you trying to buy 1 for a cheaper price then?

All sold for 1 key or higher, with the exception of the last one. Current range is fine ATM.
Bought one for 3 refined with no problems and this doesn't seem to be getting a key.
Upvoted.
Sure show us that you bought it for 3 Ref
i bought 1 for 3 ref, from crafting lolz
i get what you mean but unfortunately the only way to change the price is if everyone insisted on not paying inflated prices, which is hardly going to happen since most casual traders don't get this.
I just sold one of these for a key yesterday after being on the market for one day.
Trade is here although the purchaser didn't comment.
