Well, to be honest, even thou they wanted to give him 3 keys for it, it was the last guy ( 1 week ago ) that bought it for 3 keys.
So, the high range should be 3 keys.

I dont undestand this suggestion. Why this range?
I'm so tempted to downvote just because of how he's been attempting to manipulate key prices.
I'm not so sure, I had a trade up for about 3 weeks buying these for 3 keys and only had 5 buys in that time. Most of these trades are only a day or so old. However proof is difficult on this item as most of the trades on TF2OP are rare levels. Not downvoting btw, I don't really vote on items I own, but thought it may be useful information.
