(Proof in comments)I really think this needs a price boost, and yes I own one. If you are going to use that against me, go ahead. I have plenty of proof to back me. I have been getting offers higher than the price range of this hat. These will eventually become a really are unusual hat. You might be saying, rare stuff is not always expensive. Yes and no. you see, an uncraftable jannisary ketche level 100 has been offered 5 buds purely because it's rare, like the UC deadcone. Keep in mind this is an unusual hat. it has a particle effect, making it that much more desirable. Also take the time and look at my trade in outpost and see that it has been offered a flaming lantern hetmans. This is worth around 1.5-1.8 buds Almost all my offers are in the 1 bud range, some people offering more. People have B/O's set around 1.5 and getting half decent offers in buds instead of keys. This is my first post :)

In addition, not a lot are even out for trade, probably the other ones in some people's backpacks, going to stay there forever.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8423388 <-- offered 1.5 on the light (Doc) But this trade isn't really good, since that guy was new to trading

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8352720 <-- my trade, offered 1 bud on the light, and a level 100 bud on the set (that means hat is worth around 1.1)

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8674277 <-- B/O is 1.5 buds, offered 1 bud, or a p. fetti beanie (around 1 bud)

^Look at all that evidence! (sarcasm intended)

As always, thanks for reading.

"There will be eventually no more of these hats and they will become really valuable"

Are you kidding me? Are you trying to say that people are going to trash/craft these?

Well, hes not necessarily wrong.... (not that it actually matters)

They are now a finite amount of them (due to them being retired)....And items tend to get "lost" over time.

OH sorry lol, I was saying that this will become a really rare unu

A large amount of evidence is not needed for unusual trades, due to them being rather scarce in quantity. I'll upvote.

Just wondering, how do these get accepted?

A mod accepts if there is gud proof.

not necessarily, mods do their own research, but providing proof makes the chances of the suggestion being accepted higher, as well as saves time for the mods, as they dont have to do much of their own recearch. So overall proof is really helpful for the community and the mods, but not always mandatory ^_^

I didn't really understand how retiring a unique version of an item can affect an unusual, but your proof seems legit. Upvote.

That's because when GABEN introduced the retiration of the hats, people massed buy the unique ones from the market as they had 2 weeks to do so. Whilst the unusuals you can't just buy, you have to unbox.

well you see, you can't unbox these anymore. Not in unusual form. You can still unbox the other hats, meaning this value will stay the same while the others will rise. The relative quantity will increase

L1- Doc had indeed offered 1.5 buds, but then Mr T jumped in and highjacked the trade like a scrub. looks like T didn't know much of anything about retired unusuals though, and yes the offer still counts since it looks like he was willing to do the trade.

              +Up V

First proof when "Doc" offered 1.5 bud he didnt even had any buds, keys in hes inventory we can count as an fake offer.

On last 2 proof the same guy offered 1 bud does this counts as 2 proofs?

this is still one of the unusuals that got retired. they're not going to be produced from unboxing anymore. meaning it was 1% chance like every other unusual, and now it's Zero.
