Remaking this AGAIN (messed up currency major the 2nd time), as more proof has appeared from the last one: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/512d5a49ba25369848000003
Needs a bit of an adjustment, hasn't been updated in quite some time. Only two currently on the market, one with notable offers.

In that trade, he has many offers in this range, but most of them are around the lower value. He was just recently been offered a Cauldron Bubbles Hermes, which the owner has a 3 Bud current offer on. Considering overpay, this would be about 2.7 pure. Other offers range from:
- a Strange Festive Scattergun with 3 parts attached (2.2-2.5 buds)
- a Stormy Fruit Shoot and a Planets Swagman's Swatter (1.1 + 1.3 = 2.4 using lowest ranges)
- a Sunbeams Panama and a SF Ubersaw (Approximately 2.1 or 2.2 considering overpay)
- a Max's Head
New proof of one that sold for 3 buds and a Big Kill has appeared ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6688538 ) , so the range should be increased a bit. It seems that this offer was an outlier compared to a majority of the rest, as all the other offers are significantly lower in value. As an outlier, the range shouldn't be increased too far from the common offers it receives. (Thanks PEASANT <3)

This suggestion is much better then the current range. Tried to buy it myself in January with no success (was offering around 3 in items).
Perhaps the range of 2.5-3.5 would be better?

Seems like the guy sold it for a blizzardy Gatsby and Smoking Yellow belt (judging by the BP history). Very odd considering he had offers better than that
That was ended about a month ago, not sure if the offers are still as accurate as they were back then. Majority of offers are significantly lower
People just blindly used backpack.tf price, thats why most offers were low. And there are not many of these on the market, so even a month old trade can be used as proof. Also my link contains a rejected offer of 2.5 pure
