Price update. 0.66 ref seems more accurate than the current price:
Selling for 1 ref:

Being offered 0.66 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8108961 (had a few offers)

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8816348 (4 days, no luck)
Buying at 0.44 ref:

So just to be clear, you posted a proof of one offer of a ref without any of them being successful sales yet?
Exactly my point. Downvote.
There's a reason he didn't include 1 ref in the price range. I feel the proof is sufficient to bring it up from 0.33 ref. The part that shows that 0.33 is no longer in the range is supported by this "Buying for 0.33 ref no luck". The offers, though not successful yet, at 1 ref, merely support the price increase.
The only reason why "Buying for .33 ref" doesn't work is because so few people have it ON OUTPOST. On other trading sites, I bet you that it is much more obvious.
