Might be a bit early to set a new price, but the proof is in the comments nonetheless.

I was going for what Jimmee (Com. admin at tf2outpost) said. I trust his opinion but maybe it's more 11-11.5 in mixed.

11 in unusuals = 10 pure, just saying, you should have better asked him for the exact deal.

Maybe the hallmark offer doesn't quite come up to 13, but it's still more than the current range. Even the misty skull ballcap is +11
