I have been asking around about this item, and every time I make an offer of 14 keys, I either get told off, or immediately blocked. I've been told "I won't even discuss an offer that low" and blocked.. even though I was basing my offer on Backpack.tf. Many owners of this item refuse to take less than a buds. I think it's time to raise the listed value a little bit.

They do not want to sell it, they want to keep it, and are annoyed that you bothered them. That is expected. P. Fetti is not a preferred item to anyone, it is relative. I will stay neutral as some mod might pull the "better range than before" for this one. Speaking of "basing it off of bp.tf", you are not, as you are offering the bottom and Vincent values it at one bud.

I was giving a starting offer at 14. Anyone would prefer to pay the lowest price possible, which was my first offer, based on the range given on this website. Not trying to offend anyone here. I don't recall stating it was a "preferred item", although I did state that it was a more desired effect than Green Fetti, based on the prices for other unusuals with Fetti effect. Purple is often slightly more expensive than Green.

Also, it was just brought to my attention in the comment below that Vincent purchased it for 16 keys, as well as the person who was selling it to him, so this may change some opinions. Maybe I should have started at 16-20, as there is more proof at that particular price.

yeah looks like it was a good buy. only like 7 of them out there realistically. I'd buy it for 16 keys too. I'm sure it will go for 20+.

Hahahaha the only one on the market is in Vincent's hands... and I'm sure he won't let it go for anything less than 23 keys. Some of the offers on his hat are around the 21 key mark. The hat sold for 18 keys in the past, and has been getting better offers than 18 keys, so it does need a price increase. 23 keys is a bit speculative, since offers don't quite reach that high though.

I completely agree. The 23 was based on similar hats (GFetti, Nuts and Bolts, etc), so I understand how it can be considered speculative. I honestly think this hat could get more than 23 keys, but it may just be because I'm Canadian and desire this Canadian themed hat. :P

The true Canadian themed hat is the Blizzard Outdoorsman. I have a couple other unusuals to secure first, but it WILL be mine one day :P
