I don't see any valid 23 key offers, the person who has a c/o 23 keys + 2.66 ref, is not on the trade so cannot be trusted. The 22-23 keys, prefered to do 22, and is retracted.

Can you prove that people can't sell for 23 keys? Notice how none of the trades are under the new price. The old price suggests that you can get one for 20 keys.

did you ever seen a one selling his painted unusual for X value + Y value for paint ? never happened

I strongly disagree with your statement about the Bill's. I've bought several at 8 keys +3 ref or 9 keys from quicksellers, and sold for 10 keys, or once when I was desperate for Buds, 9.5 keys each.

I'm not seeing those 23 keys offers for non-painted Juju's.

we shouldn't only use offers as prices , i can't ignore the 2 sold for 1 bud each

if those sellers accepted that offers then i can accept the offers as a value but they won't them , so all of those offers shouldn't be a part of the price.

2 Links of 1bud each but i think its not enough. I sold my s. gunslinger for 2buds but i dont make an suggestion for that. I think the current price is ok.

Have one of these, getting a nuts and bolts towering pillar of hats (~1.5 buds) if I add 13 keys. So really I'm getting a bud for it.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Most of the sold ones are painted, and if we deduct some of the paint value then the price is about right. Unpainted ones seem to have fairly low traffic, and sale prices vary a lot across the board.
