Okay, in all seriousness, this hat has been forgotten about by most of the community. This hat has only one page of buyers and sellers on TF2Outpost, and there are no trades on Dispenser.tf, nor on Marketplace.tf,

So why 1.33? Well, since there is little to no interest in the hat, I think (ah, the cancer word of suggestions) that it should be worth a craft hat, as that is all buyers are willing to pay for it.
