The price should naturally be lowered, most are for sale at 3.66 or more than one key and are unsold, 3 ref sells mostly (I sold one) and some can be found for lower

Found one for 2.66, sold now (Yes it was craftable)

Just search I found no one buying the stogie for more than 3 ref
