Apparently, no one is willing to buy this at 2 buds. Proof below:

These take years to sell, because theres no demand at all. I don't know if this would be a better price. But yea these are tough sells

this are mainly for collectors, I doubt normal traders will buy this. But still, one guy had been trying to sell this for 2 buds for almost a month, but received no notable offers.

So how do you get these?

I'm not really sure, some say it was a glitch back then .__.

Unfortunately, most comments are right. These are not sold often and are for collectors, people who have money and time to collect pixels (like me =P). Even then, i think the only collection you can get from this is collecting every noisemaker. I will upvote thought because your info is pretty sufficient.
