I managed to buy it for 3 keys. There were two sellers whom I missed, but got the third one (that didn't post on my trade, it was an offer on their selling trade).

I haven't had any other offers since, so I think a better price for the guide would be 3.5-4, or 3.5-4.5 keys, considering sales on Steam Market. It's just too difficult to buy for 3 keys at the moment.

Price should be a solid 4 keys, that's what people are willing to pay without feeling cheated and what sellers are OK with.

Yeah, from what I've seen these things go as high as 4 keys. That being said, maybe a lot of people are taking 3. I guess I'll stay out of this one.
