As from the trade here, it's pretty darn clear that if you want to own this hat, you have to pay 2 buds, as the other guy won't trade it, and the other guy hasn't been on steam for over a year.

Definitely needs a bump, just like the Nuts and Bolts Steel Toe collection, even though nobody has offered, if the only owners of the hats won't go lower, then the price they have is the price of this hat.

All hats have to have a range, supposedly, so...yeah.

Doesn't mean that the price is 1.5-2 buds based on that one person because he wants "more for it." Whatever offers he gets and if they're consistent in having a higher price, then you can vote to change. downvote

That's true that while it may have sold for that in the past, but now that the only way to get one is to pay 2 buds, it seems like a price bump is in order.

Last sale was for under suggested price and within current range. This is pricing entirely around buyouts, with no indication someone is willing to meet them.
