Yes, in my opinion, it's an awful weapon. It appears though that it does indeed have a range. Also, the price hasn't been updated in 6 months, so I might as well take a swing at it. There's 6 pages of sellers on Outpost, and the majority of buyers are quickbuyers, but these are the traders I've managed to scrounge up.

Summary: There's a lot of sellers getting offers around .22-.33. It's hard to find buyers since most of them are quicksell buyers buying Stranges at 1 scrap. Please feel free to provide counterproof if need be. Thanks for your consideration.
