List keeps on going but yea people selling for 3 keys. You may find some people selling for a bit less but thats it.
You don't use buyers for proof -.-
Not seeing enough sales to validate your range
Just because people want 3 keys doesn't mean they can get it consistently.

Downvote. Sellers =/= sold.
while I agree that the proof is terrible, I failed to find counter-proof
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8509109 2 keys + 3 ref : 2.75
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8709703 2 keys + 2 ref : 2.5
also you can sell 3 keys in the market easy for 6$ then buy the paint from the shop for 5$ , save 1$ , this why i didn't suggested 3 keys in my range .
Now look:
For example, there are only 2 specific items on the market out of many. Both sellers decide to increase the price by 20 buds because you can't find them anywhere else. And you just went to backpack.tf to increase the price of that item by 20 buds.
Was the paint sold for 3 keys? No. Downvote.
Bad proof, down vote.
