I used to own this hat, and had some decent offers on it. Recently sold it for a Cauldron Bubbles Anger + 1 pure, which Backpack values at around 10 buds. I feel this hat needs a change.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8623056 - some of the offers on this trade were a Lantern Bonk Boy (9), a knifestorm Ballcap (no price set on this site but the kinfestorm ballcaps on Outpost have been getting some respectable offers, a Burning Tree + 2 pure, (i also feel burning should be adjusted on BP, they seem to go for 7-8 pretty reliably), and various offer ranging from 7-9. On my second trade - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8817472 i was offered a 13th Milkman + 1 pure. So yeah, hopefully that's enough of a reason to bump up the price on this as i honestly think it deserves it. Also, why is Secret below Cloudy on this hat? I was under the impression Secret > Cloudy in most cases...
It seems you bought it with c.bubbles anger, which is priced at 8.6-9.1. No other trades of this hat anywhere, and previous sale falls within current price range.
Burning tree, even if we consider it 7-8 buds, would be ~7 pure, so that +2 would make it just about 9 pure buds.
13th milkman needs to be priced, but http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8987062 - sold +1 bud for burning grim hatte (7.6-8.5)...
Based on this, I think this suggested price is too high
I had c.b anger before and selling it for 9 buds in around 3 weeks with no taker. I sold mine for 7
He added one pure to his Anger - making it 9.6-10.1.
You just proved that your own suggestion is inaccurate^
10.1 is not your suggested 10.6 :S

Current offers and noted trades are topping off around current high range, once unusual overpay is taken into account. While bottom range might be worth readjusting, high range is being brought up too high here.
