Its time for the final nail in the coffin. The bolgan crest has no demand at all and at 1.66 ref, none has been sold at all. Proof below:

there isn't any for this case. There are no new trades for this item except the current traders refreshing their trades. The market for this item is so small. If you notice, I actually reused back some of the proof from my previous suggestion. No one is buying this item at 1.66.

Well your probably right. But all I can find as counter-proof is this: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8777583 an offer of 3.11 for Pilotka and Crest so about 1.55 each

Yeah, I saw that too, but that was 1 week ago, and the user hid his post. Which is why the trade didn't go through and he's still struggling to sell it at 1.66.
