Updating price, this hat easily gets 1 bud with some people getting 1 bud + sweets. Proof below (though there isn't much, since there are only two currently on TF2OP)

The price suggestion we are currently discussing in is for a Green Confetti Conjurer's Cowl. You posted a Purple Confetti hat in this thread, with the words "And i have getting manny more offers higher or the pirce sett value on it in the past. So it should be updatet some too i guess. This one is upvotet!", meaning you believe purple confetti to be, essentially, the same as green confetti. Remember that any item is only worth what people are willing to pay for it, therefore purple confetti will not be worth an identical amount.
