Conclusion: This hat has never been voted on, and the old price is pretty low. 4 months ago this hat was offered 6 buds, but it has been a long while since then and current offers aren't that high. That particular trader has refused a bunch of 4 bud offers, so I'm setting 4 as the low price. Some of the previous trades show that this hat is basically worth at least 4. The trade for c.moon pith and o.fire KE are slightly higher, so I think this hat can probably get 4.6 buds.
