Actually he meant it's rare to find to get it dropped, but so is every hat.
Needs some proof, otherwise your price is just arbitrary.
Why don't we just bump the prices of everything? You know, there's a specific chance of getting all items, and when you take it relatively, anything can be seen as rare!
