Selling doesn't equal sold

Outpost always tries to buy craft hats at 1.33 or lower and sell for 1.66. It's nothing new.

Okay, they are trying to sell at 1.66, but have they sold? That's what will prove this suggestion.

yes I know its impossible for teh 1.66 =3 , hard to ressel at that price but at 1.33 reasonable 1.44 still reasonable difference of 1 skrap and slight chance at 1.55
