6 months old price, very outdated
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8445996 - Rejected five 1 ref offers, three 1.11 offers, a craft hat offer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8916632 - 1 ref offer probably rejected, had an offer of 1.22 ref, also rejected one 1.11 ref offer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8936227 - Not taking 1 ref offer and 1.11 ref offer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9052072 - 5 hours ago, selling for 1 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9050755 - 6 hours ago, selling for 1.33
I put 1 ref as low range because one seller was selling it for 1 ref. And i put 1.22 as high range because the highest offer i've seen was a craft hat. However one guy was unsuccessful to sell it for 1.33 ref so I put 1.22 ref which is 2nd best offer.
In the first one, the seller agrees to 1 ref in his comments, and the 1.33 hasn't actually sold. The third one where the seller refused the 1 ref still hasn't sold it. You've got a single confirmed offer of 1.22 going for you, but there's others open for 1 ref, and when that's refused, the people aren't buying.
The first one hasn't sold it yet though? also theres offers for 1.11 so that still means its an offer
yes, but since he got many 1.11 offers when current price is 1 ref flat, that shows the price has to go up.
anyway, 4th link has an add (for 1 ref)
that's why i put 1 ref as low range. not 1.22 flat
