The low end of 1.6 is based on the average of most of the offers.
The high end of 2 is based on the offers of many people willing to pay 2 in unusuals, and the person who bought one for a Max recently.

I believe you, you don't need to upload the picture if it's a hassle. There's usually always counter proof to any suggestion, so if need be I'll change the range.

There's plenty of offers around 1.6 in the last link and if you take the middle value of the Tyrannus, the offer is 2 buds, Also the same person who offered it ended up buying one for just a Max.
if the guy in the last link did pay a max head for 1, the lower range is meant to be the offers that it is easy to get but it seems like around 2 buds is quite easy to get
Most of the offers range around 1.6 which is what a majority of the offers people with this hat are going to get, but there are definitely offers at 2 buds. If the sellers though aren't selling it for more than 2 buds than the upper range shouldn't be more than what they're asking.
is it possible you could find more offers of 1.6 for the lower range just to confirm your argument because since there are quite a few offers around 2 buds, since lots of people try to get things for the cheapest price there tends to be a few lowballs however you may be right
The last link also got offered a Stormy Swagman's (1.7), Bubbling Noble (1.7), Steaming fez (1.3), O. Fire Mirror + 10 keys (1.4), Steaming Sola Topi + 1 bud (1.8), Planets P.E. (1.4), Smoking Milkman (1.6), those all around the 1.6 range.
