Overall he has a current offer of roughly ~35 and offers of 40-45 during a period where halloween unusuals were not sought after. The trend currently is for them to be gaining value and being demanded again. For these reasons I conservatively pin the lower value at a reasonable point of his current offer, and the high value at a conservative price he could get based off previous offers.
