Conclusion:

As you can see you can find people selling for current low value (2.33 ref) but only two. We could set the price to 2.33 - 4.00 Ref, but that's a long range. So i think we should increase it.

The current median is 2.78 ref.

I summed all the ref from the sellers, buyers and that key offer and that's a total of 57.5 Ref. Dividing for the number of posts (18) comes to a result of 3.21 ref, so i think this should be the new median, increasing both low and high value. So if you do the calculations you get 3 - 3.44 Ref.
