So the best offers in the last month were the SS Brainiac (4.4 but the owner is quickselling it for 3.5 buds. I belive he is going to get one SS Beak soon) and the Smoking Modest + 6 keys (3.5 buds but it was one month ago and she doesn't have the hat anymore). All the other offers fluctuate around 3-3.3 buds in unusuals without accounting for the overpay factoration.

Really can't tell for how much people are succeding at buying the beaks. The only B/O i see is 4 buds, but the offers don't even come close to it.

Just tell me if you guys think the high end should be less and i will relist.

Stormy stormy Braniac is 4 buds. You're going to need to show more proof of 4.4 offers

I stated at the post that the SS Brainiac is 4.4 buds, but i also stated that the guy is quickselling it for 3.5-3.6 buds

I put the high end at 4 buds because i found only one B/O at 4 buds. If you think it should be lower then just tell me why so i relist the suggestion.

I looked at all the trades at outpost. I will lurk a little more to see if i can find.

Low offers do not devalue a hat unless one of them was taken.

Since you showed zero actual sales, I will downvote for lack of proof.

Your method is fine for the lower end, but higher end should not be changed unless an actual sale occurs lower.
