Well, there's some miscs that only exists a few thousands of, and you cant get them anymore.

But they're still worth 1.33 ref, price is based on sales and demand, not rarity.

I'm not going to agree with this quite yet, but his thinking is logical. The haunted spooky sleeves (2012) go for 1.33 while the haunted spooky shoes (2011) go for 1.66. Give it some time.
