Sorry entered the wrong value last time
Not a large market for this item, but it seems over-priced
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9088637 <-------unsold for 3 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9078423 <-------unsold at 1 key (current price)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8913425 <-------Paying 2 ref each
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8701325 <-------Paying 2 again
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8582454 <------- Paying 2.33
your first link is 16 minutes old, your second link is 14 hours old. These are not fast-moving items.
Also, none of your buyers are successful either, at least there is no proof in the comments. Why are unsuccessful buyers more of an indicator of price than (so-called) unsuccessful sellers?
really surprised this suggestion hasn't been closed yet. The low end of the range is horribly inaccurate.
I'd like the point out, the last link where the guy is paying 2.33 IS in fact a bunch of lowballs, but they are not too bad of lowballs and I can't edit it out
Links, in order:
Less than 30 minutes old
Less than a day old
No adds
No adds
No adds
Proof isn't exactly valid.
That is a pretty good point... I'll try to get more/better links
Show me link bought or sold for 2.33 refs ?
Yeah sorry about that, It's difficult to find those because the outpost no longer shows trades that are closed, I will still try to find 1.
Also take into account that people base their prices off this site so it is unlikely for people to ask less than the price stated
I just bought mine for a key so... downvote
that isn't necessarily counter-proof of anything
ok, ill get your proof
To clarify, I agree with you about downvoting this suggestion. It's just that, you saying you bought it for more than the suggested price doesn't mean much, since you could have just overpaid. I don't know if I'm conveying this well.

I did not overpay, it shows they still go for a key... DUR
none of those links have offers or have been sold, more proof of 2.33 offers/sold?
i think this item need to convert the price in metal's instead of key , 3-3.66
Sellers looking to sell around a key and no offers;

Buyer offering a key and no takes
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5492158
This item is a little strange and didn't see completed sales.
The last link there is someone selling at 1 key (he counts keys as 3 ref)
You realize that trade is 4 months old... correct?
Hm, idk just sold mine for a key.
That isn't a good proof at all...
Look at the steam market: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Vintage%20Brass%20Beast
There are recent sales above $2.70, so I think it's too soon to be suggesting a price drop.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8649474 - 3.33 ref offer, rejected
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8972195 - interested buyer at 1 key
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8176429 - sold for a key 1 week ago
In your links, both the 3 ref and the 1 key sales have sold, and the 2.33 buyer isn't successful. 2.33 is too low for this item, 3 ref might be a bit low too.
