      This won't really raise in price, OP is just trying to increase his BP value. But you can no longer get uncraft weps, I believe, hence the price raising.

        This one isn't, but as for the other ones: uncraftable collectors are buying up all the uncraftables since they are now unobtainable. Less supply means that if someone likes the item, there are less places he can choose from and will buy for the lowest price currently on the market. Repeat a couple times and the price rises.

          Uncraftable hats/miscs are rising because they are no longer obtainable since any cosmetic item bought from the store is now clean. Because they are unobtainable outside of trading, people are starting to pay more for them because they are rarer and harder to find on the market.
