On your last link, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6748866, why would he have sold it for 15, when it says a) an offer of a clean HH head (which is pretty pricey) and of 17 keys?

I don't know that is kinda strange. He also appeared to have turned down a 17 key offer then had to do the QS for 15.
