Proof.
Unsold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9094434 (3 keys painted purple)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8834095 (3 keys, 1 week)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9097004 (3 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9033718 (3.5 keys, 3 days)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9026341 (3.5 keys, 3 days)
So what is it actually being sold for if not for 3 keys?
The proof looks good enough to me. Upvote
Is there any proof of it being sold at 3 keys?
I think having proof of unsold at the lowest end of the range is proof enough.
Not voting either way, but here's a stash I sold yesterday for 4 keys. If you insist this is some kind of conspiracy I can post a pic of my inventory history

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9041608 - probably lucky to have sold for 4, given the availability of this item for less.
Your third link has sold for 3 keys, but the 3.5 sellers haven't.
