Just a bit of logic, why should a weapon that cannot be crafted be more valuable than it's craftable version? Proof will be collected at another time.
Unfortunately its not about logic, its about proof.

You have to pay for the Dirty one, can just find the clean one.
Proof has no part in prices, and you need the proof at the time you're making the suggestion, you can't add it later...especially since it's been 8 hours and still no proof...
People collects uncraftable version.
And you needs ish proof to suggest ish price.
If you haven't noticed, a few people have been collecting proof of uncraft weapons becoming more valuable in trade.
If you're not going to collect proof for a suggestion, you can wait until you get the proof to suggest something.

The longer you leave this up, the more the points you have on backpack.tf will go even lower than the -13 you have right now. :/ Just a heads-up.
