Only two of them on Outpost, one lacking offers. There are six of these in existence with the other four out in the wild, which is why I made the high value 3.4 as it's still a decently rare hat-effect combination. However, it is not a sought-after hat anymore.

Please take into consideration that the lack of trades to put up as proof is made up for by the low low offers on the trades that I was able to find.
