downvote, only i seller for .11 doesnt constitute price change

Most sellers aren't going to sell for the low-end in general, but its still obtainable at that price as the links have shown.

Did you look at the buyers? Many of sellers in the comments were willing to give their Pyrovision to the buyers for 0.11-0.22. Sure, they may be collectors, but when the demand is 90% collectors, there's not much you or me that can do about that. After all, V. Pyrovision is a collector's item anyways.

0.33 - buyers are lv.-collectors. Sellers do 0.11. why not

ok because ONE person is buying for .11 that means the whole price changes? No. If that was the case people could manipulate prices easily. (for example, i say I am buying all Team Captains 2 keys each, someone puts up my trade on here and bam TC is now worth 2 keys). If this is how things are done here prices dont matter.

I'm not sure you're looking at the proof as a whole.

don`t understand me wrong, 0.11 is already in the range and people seem to have a hard time selling them at 0.33, collectors excluded, even 0.22. why not putting the range down?

0.11 was a part of the original price, I did not change it. Besides, there way more than one buyer at 0.11. I lowered the top price to 0.22 because many are still unsold for 0.22.

If you are buying TC at 2 keys, then your offer would have been picked up very quickly. Besides, I'm lowering the price, not raising it so I don't see how your analogy relates.

In many of the links, comments and backpacks show that collectors are able to get Pyrovision goggles at a lower price than 0.33. In fact, those appear to be the large majority of the trades. If almost all trades are occurring at 0.11-0.22, then bp.tf should reflect that.

I feel like .22 would be a better price.

For this trade to pass through, you need to prove they can not be easily bought for .33. I myself sold two for that price, and there are several "proofs" of yours which support my claim. I'd also like to point out that TF2WH isn't always accurate, and their prices revolve around this TF2BP prices. Not downvoting yet, though. let's see where the prices go.

The last suggestion was accepted based on the collector market, but considering most of them are after specific levels and they are getting rarer I don't think they should define the market. Especially since our prices are supposed to be based on the most basic version of an item.

These things are trivial to get for 1.5-2 scrap, and go for a scrap often enough. Collectors are always willing to pay more for things, so considering all the proof I don't see a problem with this suggestion.
