Conclusion: This hat is a harder sell than I thought. People are offering around 2 buds, 2.1-2.6 (The Fro) if OP adds sweets. Don't see any action though, so I'd say that a fairly conservative range of 2.1-2.4 buds is safe, given that offers hover around the low end of 2 buds, and in Unusuals 2.6 (minus sweets, so I'd say 2.4 there).
