Multple adds for 2.33 on your second link although you should note he hasn't sold it yet. Link 1 shows people willing to go higher. Link 3 however wasn't sold to the guy offering 2.11 it looks like, but the offer was still there. I think the offers look pretty good for the range you've got so I'll upvote.
On the third one, I was originally going to get it from him, but he had to go to sleep and would trade it to me tomorrow. He may not have opened up steam or TF2Outpost yet, although it's been almost a day since he said that.
EDIT: Just noticed the trade was closed and he doesn't currently have it, weird
