Isn't it always said that one sale doesn't determine price? I mean maybe I'm wrong in this case but if the guy was able to buy it for 3 somewhere else, then it was a desperate offer and the high end shouldn't be that high, while the low end currently exceeds any other offers (besides the 3-3.2) that you noted.
Well only 3 are for sale. That means 1/3 sells for 3.

according to the rejected offers the suggestion is in range and the high end valid,as for the 2.8 buds still havent seen any for the last 7 months sold for that low.
the offers was in pure form.and that something you should consider too.

My other argument still stands that there's no reason for the high end to be 3.2 when it was someone that was desperate and ended up actually --buying-- the item for 3 buds, and the low end still exceeds any of the other offers seen (besides the one desperate person.)
i believe everyone is desperate of getting one.
but they cant.
i have give an offer of 1 vintage bill+10 keys for it i still wait for an answer though.
probably going to rise it 3-4 keys if that don`t work today again for the 3rd time 60 keys i am offering is getting ignored by the owners.
2.8 buds seems like a good price i will be happy to purchase 1 in anywhere between 2.5-3 buds
but i am not that desperate yet.after all i am after that for only about 8 months
so i guess i can wait a little longer for it,to get a better deal if i ever get a better deal or if the owners go crazy and decide to drop it to 2 buds again.
i wouldn`t do that if i own 1

Low end is a bit high considering nobody will accept an unusual based on its top value. Most go off its lowest value or average when considering unusual offers.
Well when you have a promo offer of 3-3.2 pure, I figured having 2.8 as the low end would be good.
when you have a v.fan o war you don`t trade it for an unusual.
it`s either pure or thanks goodbye.
It took me a while to get my set and I have no intention of selling. I would turn away 4 buds each
took me ages to get a fan and no one would even consider any offer below 3 buds.
also that bottom link is to kool aid. i offered him 6 buds for fan and conch and he turned it down, and also 3.5 for fan alone. my post is hidden as i got a diff 1.

The person who suggested it doesn't even own one, so why would he even care to raise the price for an ulterior motive?
what makes the fan different of the conch?
the name, class, slot, what it does, and everything besides its quality. Where have you been for the existence of TF2?
fan is rarer than the conch both are gliched of the shogun pack.

I would accept a slightly lower bump but the current suggestion does not have enough proof to justify such a high range. More research would have to be done.
