Conclusion: This hat is not getting great offers. The highest pure offer was the Bills + 16 keys, but that's still at the bottom of the range. The highest offer of all was the Bliz Coupe with a high end of 25 keys. But, I highly doubt somebody would be able to get 25 pure out of that hat. So, I think the new range should be 21-24 keys.
