I just bought mine from http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9019189 for 31 keys, 18 ref, a ts wonderland wrap (~2 keys) a wonderland wrap(~1 key), and a stogie (~3 ref) which is 1.44 buds.

Couldn't really find more proof because there aren't any more on the market
