Reopening: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/513b552aba2536380b000015 at .33 to .66 after discussion. Sellers and buyers at both ends. I've removed the list of unsolds, but it can be still found in the link above.
Can you show us some "seller at 0.33 ref" links? All the 0.33 ref links are buyer's links. Show us that there are ppl selling them for 0.33 ref in their own trades.
For someone to be buying it, there has to be someone willing to sell it. In the link above I show that though some can still go for .66, a large number of quick fixes also lie unsold at that price. Since I was able to find quite a few people able to get their quick fixes for .33 or .55, and a few managing .66, that was the range decided on.
sold it after one hour for 0.66, well maybe luck
I've quickly sold them at .66 easily in about the same time frame, so unless we have some interesting coincidences I think this deserves a downvote. All the buyers for a rec only proves a higher price; buying trades usually offer a lower price than the market price.
