Not a bad hat actually, the two on Outpost currently don't have 1.2 offers they have more then that. One has a B/O of 3 pure yet that is just a B/O . The player Krill Nye offered 30 keys and a white bills, altogether around 1.4 buds just as a starting bid on one of them. (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8876504) The other has a smoking little buddy which is around 20 keys (http://backpack.tf/unusuals/612/Little_Buddy) and a bud offer on it (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9137082).
