Was about to buy one of these when I noticed the price was 3 months out, so I decided to do some investigating, please see the following proof:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8599409 - This trade has two 1 bud offers and a 30 key pure offer, also has a few unusual offers ranging from 19 keys to 26.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7672147 - Highest offer appears to be 1 bud + 10 keys from about a month ago, also has an offer of 30 keys and a load of unusual offers ranging from 20 keys to around 1.2 buds.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9146429 - Apparently sold for 1 bud, though there isn't any solid proof.

In conclusion, lots and lots of 1 bud offers here, there is some evidence that it had an offer of 1 bud + 10 keys but the offer is about a month old. Unusual offers are all over the place from 19 keys to 1.2 buds, it seems that as seen in the proof above, this hat has been crashing recently.
