there is a difference between "sell this item" and "suggest new price" , do you not see it?

"Suggest New Price" or "Sell This Item"
...hmm I think it would make more sense to suggest a new price if I want to sell it.
I still don't understand how people confuse the two.
I think people are just too lazy to look down 2 more choices.
