You have to find valid proof, 3 of 4 links aren't sold, and I'm pretty sure the last guy just got lucky. The buyers are the proper proof that show people are willing to pay the price you suggested, One trade isn't enough proof to change the price. Downvote until you find valid proof.

well, there aren't many trades on outpost, these are the only selling under a scrap.
