Has a recent offer of 7.5(though retracted because he bought a peace mercy)
Had a offer of 5pure and a scorching spartan that was refused
Also my offer which is around 7.5-8(don't know if that counts)
not quite sure what to make of this one, it IS the only proof to find, it's a big price jump, the b/o is 9 buds, and shouldnt be counted (he set it high so that no one would buy it because he likes it and doesnt want to part with it)
you offered burning l'inspecteur + flies phantom + 0.5 (6.9-8.1 buds)
highest other offer is 7.5 buds
still not sure what to make of it
Jesus Christ, the Noh Mercy unusuals are really benefiting from being discontinued.
I'm not sure that they're discontinued, I saw somewhere that someone contacted valve support and asked about it and they said that it hasn't been discontinued.
If that is true, then they shouldn't be so expensive. The hype around them is that they are no longer unboxable.
They're very rare in unboxing i think. Not many of them. Also it looks really good so people love it. Same thing with TC, they're still unboxable
If it's what I saw, support just linked to the wiki where it says 'uncrate (Unusual)' and decided that was sufficient. I doubt they actually went to the people who work on TF2 and checked with them as to whether it's in the uncrate category or not.
I'm going to take the fact that there are no Noh Mercy halloween hats over the word of a guy from Steam Support. Their job is to resolve customer issues, not to answer questions regarding the specifics of items within specific games. Particularly since it wouldn't be the first time we got wrong info from someone at Valve. Back when they slanted certain set weapons to a lower drop rate, someone from Valve made the claim that all item drops are equal. About a month later, we got word again- certain set items were made to be rarer drops in order to 'encourage trading', and they have only now set them to equal drops.
