As you can see nearly every buyer on TF2OP wants 7 keys for the bills some want 7 and 2 ref.

I know I would have gotten alot of down-votes for this if i didn't have proof but here it is.

Oh and also if the price of keys goes up then the price of bills go down since there are a set amount of bills out there.

Those are buyers. Buyers will always lowball to gain a profit. Your proof is invalid, and why haven't Bill's Hats suggestions been closed yet?

Because there is still the possibility that their price will change, and if you remove that ability, it's no longer run by the people, it's just a tyranny.

Buyer's trades are worthless and are not counted as proof. What if all traders make a trade stating "Looking for Burning TC, paying 5 buds". Should the price of Burning Team Captain drop to 5 buds? None of those trades happened, downvote.
