If it was a "fast trade," he would've sold it by now.

By the looks of it, he doesn't have it anymore, meaning he sold it to me when I was buying for 13 keys.

Lots of proof of 15-16 keys in OP links and your also, may be better with 14-16 keys but this is not too far from it.
