Verdict: Offers on the hat range from 1.4-1.6 buds. We'll take 1.6 buds as the highest offer. An owner wanted around 1.7 buds in items and was rejected. The only sale I could find was an unusual swap that came to 1.9 buds, so if we expand the ranges, it goes to about 1.5-2 buds. 1.7 buds is the middle of that range.
